Overview
Our heaviest vinyl banner has vinyl faces on both sides with a blockout layer in between, reinforced with scrim fibers. It holds up in tough conditions and keeps light from shining through, so double-sided banners read cleanly on both sides.
It’s the right choice for street and light-pole banners, hanging signs seen from both directions and banners that stay up for months.
Specifications
- Material: UV-printed 18 oz blockout matte vinyl
- Sides: single or double sided
- Size: any custom size; single pieces up to about 10′ × 145′, larger banners are welded (single sided only)
- Finishing: hems, grommets, pole pockets, webbing and D-rings, Velcro, rope, wind slits, reinforced corners
- Banners 89″ or more on the shortest side ship folded; smaller banners ship rolled
Artwork guidelines
- JPG or single-page PDF, CMYK color, at least 150 dpi
- Build the artwork at the ordered size, with no crop marks or bleed
- Convert fonts to outlines and spot (Pantone) colors to CMYK
- Double-sided banners need two separate files
